How to store chocolate?

 

My chocolates do not contain any preservatives or additives, so be sure to eat them while they’re fresh! 

 

  • Do not refrigerate: Chocolate easily absorbs odors of whatever’s in the refrigerator. The  moisture in the fridge can also deteriorate the look of the chocolate.

  • Store it in a cool, dry, odorless place. When my chocolates are kept at a consistent temperature below 70°F (ideally between 65 and 68°F) they will stay stable for weeks

  • To protect them from humidity and odors seal them in an air-tight container. 

  • Hot summer days: you may have to refrigerate on hot summer days. Protect your chocolates in an airtight container before placing them in the fridge. When you take them out, let them come back to room temperature before unwrapping to prevent condensation.
